The purpose of ICVLSICOM-10, the International Conference on VLSI Design and Communication Systems, is to provide a forum to for presentation of innovative developments and exchange of information between students, academicians, researchers, engineers and industrialists various fields related to VLSI Design & Communication Systems. Ideas on how to analyze and approach problems by combining VLSI Design & Communication systems, either in the scope of R&D projects, engineering or business applications will be presented and discussed

Papers must not have been published, accepted for publication, or presently be under consideration for publication elsewhere. The standard peer review process will be used to select papers for the special issue. Electronic submission in PDF format must be made in the standard of AIRCC format. Accepted papers must follow the guidelines posted at: http://airccse.org/journal to format the final papers.
